Alongside our work with adult and youth workplaces, we also offer open enrolment courses for individuals eager to gain mental health first aid training. The individual programme is suitable for anyone working in adult or youth workplaces, and provides an opportunity for individuals to join a diverse cohort of like-minded people.

Our individual courses are open to everyone. Each cohort includes a maximum of 16 people and costs £300 per person. The individual programme outline excludes discovery, but includes after-care.
